Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy, we are not happy!

We pride ourselves on finding the best quality products for your needs. If you are not happy with your purchase or if your product is faulty, feel free to return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, for a full refund provided the package has not been opened yet. Please pack the product into its original box with as much packaging as possible and follow the prompts in the returns portal. Bubble wrap or padded bags are generally not enough to prevent damage in transit, so we strongly recommend a box for shipping.
 

Please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the process from our end if needed.

If the product arrives damaged, it may affect your return, so it is important that it arrives in good shape. Please include a short note including the reason for return, your order number and any other relevant details. This would be much appreciated!

As soon as we receive your returned parcel, we will assess your claim and we will be in touch.
